The bake sale will take place on June 8, 2022. If you wish, please send your child(ren) with money so they may purchase a baked good.
The baked goods will range in price from $1.00 to $5.00.
OKP will be open for ALL students on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.
Our annual Women’s History Month show will be held on March 30, 2022, at 10:00 AM. Selected students will perform in a live museum and inform other students about great women throughout history.
Parents are welcome to join virtually via Instagram Live.
We are so pleased that you are interested in enrolling your child in our Summer Program for our sixteenth year!
The Summer Program will run for seven weeks (July 5th to August 19th), servicing students ages 2 years old to 7 years old. All children will receive 3 healthy meals, in addition to everyday activities. Every week your child will participate in fun-filled and engaging activities such as STEAM activities, Sports, Dance, Bounce House, Pizza Parties, Balloon Dance parties, Etc. Our hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

On Thursday, March 17, OKP will be having a St. Patrick’s Day bake sale. If you wish, please send your child(ren) with money so they can purchase a baked good.
Students may wear green for St. Patrick’s Day, and there will be a Gold Coin scavenger hunt. Please head over to our Instagram to see the posts about the various activities students will partake in that day.
On Monday, March 14, 2022, OKP will be closing at 3:00 PM for all students. There will also be no PM extended day programming.
You’re invited to come in and participate in our Community Helpers Week at Our Kids Place. Parent visits are held from March 7th through March 11th. All parents who wish to participate are asked to briefly share information about their careers and role within the community. Uniforms and props are encouraged. All family members visiting in person must wear a mask and be fully vaccinated. Please see your child’s teacher if you wish to participate.
Students will dress to impress in their best presidential/professional attire. We will take pictures in our very own oval office.

The NYC DOE Application Portal has opened for 3K and Pre-K!
The application process is not first-come, first-served, and all applications received by the deadline will be treated equally. Families with children born in 2017 can apply to Pre-K by the April 7 deadline, and families with children born in 2018 can apply to 3-K by the April 30 deadline.
